White-label: custom domains & automatic TLS

Run the whole experience on your own domain — customers never see flyhelpdesk. Set it up under Admin → Custom domains.

Add a domain

1. Enter the hostname you want (e.g. support.yourbrand.com).
2. We show you a CNAME (and a verification token). Add the CNAME at your DNS provider, pointing your hostname at the target we give you.
3. Click Verify — once DNS resolves, the domain goes live and starts resolving to your workspace. Only verified domains route, so an unproven entry can never hijack a workspace.

Automatic TLS

As soon as a domain is verified, a certificate is requested and installed automatically (the status moves issuing → active). A scheduled task renews it before expiry, so HTTPS just keeps working. If issuance fails, the status shows failed with the reason so you can retry.

Make it the primary

Set one verified domain as primary to use it in links and emails. Your agents sign in at the same branded URL, and the portal, emails and tracking links all wear your brand.
