Branding your help desk (white-label)

Make flyhelpdesk look like your product — name, colours, logo, tagline and support address — across portal and email.

Branding your help desk (white-label)

White-labeling replaces every "flyhelpdesk" touchpoint with your own brand. It's a per-tenant setting, so each brand you run can look entirely different.

Set your branding

Go to Admin → Branding & White-label and edit:

  1. Brand name — up to 60 characters; replaces "flyhelpdesk" in the workspace, portal and emails.
  2. Brand color — your primary hex colour (default #047857). This flows into buttons, links and accents everywhere via the theme tokens.
  3. Brand color (strong) — an optional darker shade used for gradients on brand marks and buttons.
  4. Portal tagline — the line under your name on the customer portal (default "Help Center").
  5. Support email — the reply-to/contact address shown to customers.
  6. Logo — upload an image (max 2 MB); use remove logo to fall back to the lettermark.

Save, and the new brand takes effect immediately — the layout injects your colour into the theme so text-brand / bg-brand follow you.

Where it shows

The brand is read everywhere through a single source of truth, so your name, colours, gradient, logo and support email appear consistently across the agent workspace, the customer portal, the Help center and outbound email — with safe flyhelpdesk defaults anywhere a brand isn't set.

Tips

  • Pick a strong colour a few shades darker than your primary for crisp gradient buttons.
  • Upload a square, transparent-background logo for the sharpest lettermark replacement.
  • Set the support email so customer replies and CSAT come from an address they recognise.
