Get your Twilio credentials

In the Twilio Console copy your Account SID and Auth Token, and buy or choose a phone number.

Add the credentials

Open Integrations → Telephony and enter the Account SID, Auth Token and your number.

Set the voice webhook

Copy the voice webhook URL from flyhelpdesk into your Twilio number’s Voice configuration.

Calls become tickets
