Show a customer’s Stripe subscriptions and recent payments in the ticket Customer panel.
In the Stripe Dashboard open Developers → API keys → Create restricted key. Grant read access to Customers, Subscriptions and Charges.
Stripe API keysCopy the generated key — it starts with rk_live_ (or sk_live_). This is shown once.
Open Integrations → Connections → Stripe and paste the key into Secret key.
Click Test connection. A green result confirms flyhelpdesk can read your Stripe account.
Open any ticket whose contact email matches a Stripe customer — the Billing · Stripe card appears in the Customer panel.
