Create a Slack incoming webhook

In Slack create an app (or use Incoming Webhooks) and add a webhook for the channel you want alerts in.

Copy the webhook URL

Copy the https://hooks.slack.com/… URL.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste it into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → Slack, paste the webhook URL and turn Slack on.

Send a test message

Click Test connection — a message lands in your Slack channel.
