Create tickets and more from your own systems via the REST API.
Open Admin → Developer / API and create a token with the write ability. Copy it — it’s shown once.
Copy the tsk_… token and store it securely in your calling system.
Send requests with Authorization: Bearer <token>. POST /api/v1/tickets creates a ticket; the page shows live examples.
Your systems can now open and update tickets programmatically.
