Create a REST app in PayPal

In the PayPal Developer dashboard create an app to get a Client ID and Secret.

Copy the client ID & secret

Copy both credentials from your app’s details.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste them into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → PayPal, paste the client ID and secret, and pick Live or Sandbox.

Test the connection

Click Test connection to confirm the credentials mint a token.

Recent transactions matched to the contact’s email (last 31 days) show in the Customer panel.
