Create an Events API key

In PagerDuty add an Events API v2 integration to a service and copy its Integration Key (routing key).

Connect integration Secret key Save

Add the key

Open Integrations → Connections → PagerDuty and paste the integration key. Optionally enable auto-paging on SLA breach.

Test connection Connected

Test the connection

Click Test connection to send a test event.

A Page button appears in the ticket actions and triggers a PagerDuty incident.

Open the setup screen
