Bring Intercom conversations, contacts and companies over.
In Intercom → Settings → Developers → your app → Authentication, create an access token.
Open Integrations → Import & migrate → Intercom and enter the token and region.
Run Test connection & preview to see a sample and mapping.
Click Run import to walk every conversation (idempotent).
